New Sniper Record

A British sniper took out two Taliban insurgents in Afghanistan from a record setting distance of a mile and a half away. The enemies were firing a machine gun at his comrades when Craig Harrison triggered two shots from the incredible distance and silenced the threat. He used an Accuracy International L11583 long-range rifle.

That is a helluva shot.

The Taliban machine gunners never even heard the shots, Jordan. Saving your buddies' lives from a mile and a half away is impressive to say the least.

Have done a bit of target shooting just to learn, so must say--WOW.
Very impressive.

Yeah, Raine, it was like a shot in the movie 'Wanted' with James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie. :)

Well, damn...there goes our Canadian's record.

They're pretty close, Bernita. I think what makes the Brit's shooting incredible was he took out both machine gunners one after the other.
