The UK Telegraph followed the money trail and found another lead Global Warming Acolyte making a fortune while perpetrating the new huckster religion. Dr Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), is a conman of Prophet Al Gore’s imaginary carbon credit hoax I call the religion of Global Warming and he’s cashed in quite well. As Christopher Booker and Richard North write in their article:
“It is remarkable how only very recently has the staggering scale of Dr Pachauri’s links to so many of these concerns come to light, inevitably raising questions as to how the world’s leading ‘climate official’ can also be personally involved in so many organizations which stand to benefit from the IPCC’s recommendations.”
If you’d like to read a hilarious postscript to the Copenhagen fiasco check out James Delingpole’s column for the UK Telegraph.

Guess he never heard of the problem with conflict of interest.
It never bothered Al Gore, Charles. I'm betting government officials across the world and all their UN members anywhere near this scandal are knee deep in carbon credit trading.
Dinglepole's comments are priceless!
Delingpole is my favorite journalist, Bernita. He's the main reason I read the UK Telegraph diligently. He sees all the elements in this man-made Global Warming farce including the humor. He makes me laugh about stuff that would normally evoke rage. The tone of his column as he describes the 'over the top' wailing and cataclysmic comments from the eco-lunatics was indeed priceless. :)
Climate change sceptics are inconsistent and looking for any lame excuse to keep on the oil, addicts infact. http://another-green-world.blogspot.com/2009/12/climate-sceptics-are-like-alcoholics.html
Yep, that's me Derek. You might also want to throw in my aversion to socialism, one world order, government taxes for imaginary problems, watermelon men like Hugo Chavez (green on the outside, red on the inside), jet-setters swirling around the globe wailing for us middle class baffoons to give them more money so they can protect us from ourselves, and last but not least suckers who enjoy being fleeced. :)
