Costly Extremism

The Holy Global Warming leaders are scrambling to duck under the environmental disaster blanket since their supposed ‘settled’ scientific base at East Anglia has been proven false. Misguided environmentalists have caused unimaginable loss of life and disease. Rachel Carson was one of those misguided morons. Because of her tireless campaigning with a willing media, she managed to outlaw DDT. She did help the environment according to environmentalists’ guidelines because without DDT there have been nearly 500 million more cases of Malaria. The extermination of us nasty humans has been an admitted axiom of dedicated enviro-nuts. Here are a few quotes from these whackos to illustrate my point.

I suspect that eradicating small pox was wrong. It played an important part in balancing ecosystems. -- John Davis, editor of Earth First! Journal

Human beings, as a species, have no more value than slugs. -- John Davis, editor of Earth First! Journal

The extinction of the human species may not only be inevitable but a good thing....This is not to say that the rise of human civilization is insignificant, but there is no way of showing that it will be much help to the world in the long run. -- Economist editorial

We advocate biodiversity for biodiversity’s sake. It may take our extinction to set things straight -- David Foreman, Earth First!

Phasing out the human race will solve every problem on earth, social and environmental. -- Dave Forman, Founder of Earth First!

The collective needs of non-human species must take precedence over the needs and desires of humans. -- Dr. Reed F. Noss, The Wildlands Project

If I were reincarnated, I would wish to be returned to Earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels. -- Prince Phillip, World Wildlife Fund

Cannibalism is a "radical but realistic solution to the problem of overpopulation." -- Lyall Watson, The Financial Times, 15 July 1995

Apparently, Rachel Carson believed Malaria was a good way of balancing the ecosystem. So what if millions of people worldwide died. You have to break a few eggs to make an omelet.

That leads me to another Prophet Al Gore lie about mosquitoes traveling to higher heights, causing Malaria in places never before infected. Paul Reiter, an actual scientist in epidemiology puts the lie to Al Gore in this excellent history lesson. Not to mention DDT would eliminate any massive threat where a Malaria outbreak occurred if not for the onus Rachel Carson put on it. She may be a heroine to the environmental extremists but in reality she inadvertently became an unknowing mass murderer. Without common sense, environmentalism is dangerous and costly.

Another nice note from the reluctant media - BBC climate correspondent Paul Hudson writes: “For the last 11 years, we have not observed any increase in global temperatures. And our climate models did not forecast it, even though manmade carbon dioxide, the gas thought to be responsible for warming our planet, has continued to rise.”

Gee thanks, Paul. Too bad you didn’t try investigative journalism earlier.

If some of them feel that way about humanity, why don't they provide an example by self-suiciding?

Arrogant presumption fills every crevice of their minds with self-importance making it impossible for them to set such a sterling example, Bernita. :)
