A Belgian and three Brit's were arrested on defrauding the Carbon Credit Market out of millions of pounds. I wonder how the investigators were able to distinguish these unlucky thieves' fraud from the rest. It is incredible how this global ripoff keeps going after ClimateGate. The crooks and gangs are cashing in on this lucrative money laundering market of imaginary goods and services.

Thanks, Rick. I don't know why Mann's not in jail. Mann, Al Goreacle, and East Anglia have colluded in the most stunning global scam in history. The cartoons are my way of staying sane. :)
