Don Wilkie, writing for the American Thinker, has put together a common sense timeline and refutation of any notion President Obama was born in Kenya Not Kenya. I’ve never understood this birth certificate debate, because if the Hillary Clinton machine could have outed President Obama as foreign born, you can bet it would have been leaked to every news outlet in the country. I’m not sure why President Obama has spent millions keeping it under lock and key, but one thing’s for sure - after reading Mr. Wilkie’s spot on deductions I do believe one thing for certain, no way was President Obama born in Kenya. The fact his Mom found out Obama Sr. had another wife in Kenya at the time and divorced him in the same year President Obama was born is a solid reason she would have never made what would have been an epic journey to Kenya with a late term pregnancy.
I’m as confused as anyone why President Obama doesn’t just put the long form certificate out there, but it is a great way to distract everyone’s attention. One thing I’m not confused about – his supposed birth in Kenya.

I can understand the President's reluctance to release personal information like that. I don't understand why people want to see it since the evidence has been clear all along that he was born in Hawaii.
On another blog there were links to the photocopies of the birth certificate. Are you talking about some other documentation? Off to find where I saw the links. :)
I'll tell you one thing, Charles, Wilkie sure can't get any clearer as to why he couldn't have been born in Kenya.
There are lots of photocopies of the cert. of live birth, Jordan. The big 'Birther' debate is over the long form which has never been released. The Republican Governor at the time certified she saw it though. I know if it didn't exist, Hillary would have been all over it like a cheap suit. :)

The birthers have the strongest case for the shown certificate being a half assed forgery. A army Dr. is willing to place his career on the line for this but O won't.
Whats the big secret? Why have 3 law firms contesting its showing?
Why is he not proud to show his proof of citizenship?
You and I have to show proof with the long form if we want any official transaction. Why should the holder of the highest office in the land be exempt?
Hillary is a democrat first and foremost and she has limits to what she would do with a fellow democrat. She would never act in a way to discredit the donkey.

You're right, whydibuy, the people wanting the long form birth certificate shown have made great points concerning the issue. I never understood why every presidential candidate doesn't have to show their original birth certificate. It's a constitutional basic for the presidency. Even President Obama must know how suspiciously goofy it appears to the rest of his fellow citizens when he spends millions of dollars hiding his birth certificate.
I don't think I'm wrong about Hillary. Remember, when she had her forces out digging dirt before the election, she dug up a ton of it that no one had known about then Senator Obama. I'd bet money she's seen the original birth certificate.
I only blogged about Wilkie's article because it was a great example of real investigative journalism. He didn't disagree that something's being hidden. He just made an excellent case for President Obama not to have been born in Kenya.
