Hard Case VII: Red Waves - Finished

I finished Hard Case VII: Red Waves on Sunday. At nearly 128K words, it’s a bit longer than prior series’ additions. After launching into the heavy editing chores, I should be able to release Red Waves in just a few more days. I have the blurb for my first crossover event between the two teams in Hard Case and Cold Blooded below. I’ve already begun Cold Blooded VI: Bloody Horizon, which at the end will feature a new bonus future Nick and Jean story as I have in the past three. The novel will also include crossover events between Hard Case and Cold Blooded of a shorter nature than Red Waves in both the present day story and future. I hope to write a Demon V while working on Bloody Horizon. It should be another Spring and Summer of writing fun. :)

Blurb for Hard Case VII: Red Waves

John Harding’s Monster Squad join in a bloody violent strike against Isis and their enablers with help from Nick McCarty’s Unholy Trio. CIA Director Paul Gilbrech and Assistant Director Denny Strobert decide to unleash their killers to make a bloody statement, after word reaches Strobert about an Isis plot to assault the largest cruise ship ever built, the Starlight of the Seas. With the fate of thousands in a high-stakes gamble on the high seas, the two teams not only launch against pirates from terrorist nations recruited by Isis and the Muslim Brotherhood, they attack an enemy nation’s port hosting the pirates.

The teams bond to fight a series of battles in a no holds barred, merciless defense of a nation in jeopardy. After heavy losses to the Unholy Trio and the Monster Squad, Isis gambles on a huge shock assault to regain momentum in our homeland. Unfortunately, for the throat slitting cowards, John Harding and Nick McCarty wage war without rules of engagement except one - mutilate, torture, and kill your enemy.

I'm behind on my Bernard reading. Looking forward to getting into some of these in the summer, which isn't that far off

I know what you mean, my friend. I've been writing so much and editing at night, I haven't had a chance to read hardly anything. Thank you.
