Access

A funny thought came to me while removing the alternator from a 1998 Cad Deville today. After a few preliminary steps at the top, the main work has to be done from underneath the Cad. One of the first steps from under the Cad is to remove the radiator support access panel. I started laughing as I looked up at the handy dandy access panel this morning. The only thing you can actually access by removing that particular panel is three hours of hard labor.

I know it’s probably not that funny, but after leaving some DNA behind working through the ‘access’ panel on the Cad, I figured I should write something down. I sent COLD BLOODED in after another round of edits, which I’m sure will still be inadequate. Before I get sent back to editing hell again maybe I can finally finish my Connor and Ellie, Oakland cop novel. :)

Obviously not a big fan of the editing procedure, eh, Bernard? lol.

Nothing makes me want to write more than some physical labor.

I have learned a lot, Raine... but I admit the editing process has washed away some of my fuzzy warm feelings about writing. :)

It is an inspiration, Charles. :)

It's a rotten job but needs doing.

Is there any way you can work the access panel into Connor and Ellie? Somehow it seems to fit.

It is that, MD. :)

The only access panel Connor and Ellie need is a writing time window, Beth. :)
