Award winning true crime author and friend RJ Parker gave me
a wonderful boost in a Facebook post about my writer/assassin novel, COLDBLOODED. He also donates his books to our men and women in uniform: military,
police, fire fighters, and EMT’s. In 2012, he donated 1500 books to the Wounded
Warrior Program. It is an honor and a privilege to know such a man. His web
page with links is here - RJ Parker
A young reviewer contacted me about COLD BLOODED. I gave
Angelique Engelbrecht a reviewer’s copy of COLD BLOODED for her blog. She also
interviewed me for her blog review. It was fun, and she loved the novel, which
doesn’t hurt. As an author, I hope to reach a broad range of readers, and
knowing I can entertain readers far out of my original targeted readership is a
terrific feeling. If anyone would like to see the review and interview, here is
Ms. Engelbrecht’s blog link - Angelique Engelbrecht
Angelique does a great job on her blog. Her book reviews are insightful and entertaining.
Congratulations on the great review!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jordan. It never hurts to get good news in this business once in a while. :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent, man. Glad to hear it.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Charles. Who knows if it'll last. :)
ReplyDeleteI've read the review and the interview! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!
After years in the promoting, COLD BLOODED is finally getting an audience, V. Thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a winner you have in the John Harding character! Loved the book, and I've just purchased a couple more, including Cold Blooded. I enjoyed the Oakland location as I spent a good part of my adult life there. Looking forward to more John Harding books.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much, jHans. I'm glad you enjoyed John Harding in the HARD CASE novel. I hope you like the others as much. The sequel will be out this summer. Thanks again.
